By using scenttheory.in and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We keep them short on purpose.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• We may correct a price or cancel an order if there has been an obvious pricing or stock error. If we do, and you have already paid, you get a full refund.
• Offers such as “any 3 for ₹2,400” apply automatically at checkout and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. An offer live when you place your order is honoured for that order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We don’t store your card, UPI or bank details. Cash on Delivery is available across India at no extra charge.

Delivery

Delivery timelines on our Shipping Policy page are estimates, not guarantees. We ship with Bluedart and Delhivery and we’re not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or events outside our control.

Returns

We replace faulty or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns. Full terms are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Product information

Fragrance is personal, and how a scent develops varies with skin, climate and how it is stored. Longevity figures we quote are typical, not promised. Our products are cosmetic goods for external use only — discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

The Scent Theory name, logo, product names, photographs and website content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
