How does the ₹2,400 offer work?

Any 3 perfumes for ₹2,400. Mix and match whichever three you like — the discount applies automatically at checkout, there’s no code to enter.

How long does delivery take?

3–5 working days across most of India. 5–7 working days for special zones like the North East, Jammu & Kashmir and the islands. Delivery is free on every order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, all over India, and there’s no COD charge.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We replace it free. Report it within 48 hours of delivery and send us an unboxing video on WhatsApp — we’ll approve the replacement and arrange a free pickup.

Do you give refunds?

No. We replace faulty or damaged products, but we can’t refund or exchange a fragrance because it wasn’t to your taste — an opened bottle can’t be resold. Message us before ordering if you’d like help choosing.

Are the fragrances original?

100% original, blended by Scent Theory. Every bottle is filled and sealed by us, so what reaches you is exactly what left us.

What size is the bottle?

50ml. Every box also includes a 5ml empty travel atomizer, so you can decant a little and carry it without taking the full bottle with you.

How long does the fragrance last?

6–8 hours on most skin. It’ll last longer on clothing than on skin, and longer in winter than in peak Indian summer.

Do you do gift wrapping?

Yes — ₹100 extra for a pack of 3. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number after you’ve placed the order and we’ll add it before dispatch.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by Razorpay, so your card and UPI details never touch our servers.

Where else can I buy Scent Theory?

We’re live on Amazon India as well. Ordering here is usually faster, and the 3-for-₹2,400 offer is only on our own store.
