Shipping Policy

Delivery is free on every order. No minimum, no hidden charges at checkout.

Where we ship

All over India. We don’t ship internationally at the moment — if you’re outside India and want a bottle, write to us and we’ll see what we can do.

How long it takes

• 3–5 working days across most of India
• 5–7 working days for special zones — the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, and some remote pin codes

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day.

Who delivers

We ship with Bluedart and Delhivery. Once your order leaves us you’ll get a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available everywhere in India, and it’s free. We don’t add a COD handling fee — you pay exactly what the order says.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn’t moved in 48 hours, or the courier marks a delivery attempt you didn’t receive, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99988 35005 with your order number. We’ll chase it with the courier ourselves.
